These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FinWealthytech website and web application (collectively, the "Platforms"), operated by FinWealthytech ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our Platforms, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease using our Platforms.
These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which governs the collection and use of your personal data.

We reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or refuse any account creation request at our sole discretion, without notice or liability.
The screener data, signals, verdicts, entry quality ratings, trade levels, analyst consensus data, and all other content on our Platforms ("Content") are generated algorithmically and are provided for informational purposes only. While we use reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of our Content:
We do not commit to any minimum uptime for our Platforms, though we will make reasonable efforts to maintain availability. We are not liable for any loss arising from unavailability, errors, or inaccuracies in our Content.
Free Guest Access: Unregistered visitors may access a limited preview of our screener (up to 5 stocks). No payment is required.
7-Day Free Trial: New registered users may access a free 7-day trial of our full screener platform. One free trial is permitted per person. Approval of a trial is at our sole discretion.
Premium Subscription: Users may subscribe to our Premium tier for full access to all screener markets (US Technical, US Value), unlimited stock results, personal watchlist, verdict history, and email alerts.
The following terms apply to paid subscribers:
Payments are processed securely via our third-party payment provider. FinWealthytech does not store your full payment card details on its systems. All card data is handled directly by our payment provider in accordance with PCI DSS compliance standards. By making a payment, you agree to the applicable terms of service and privacy policy of our payment provider.
Fees charged may be subject to applicable taxes depending on your jurisdiction. Where required by law, applicable taxes will be added to your invoice.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at connect@finwealthytech.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you will retain full access until that date.
No Refund Policy: As new users are offered a free 7-day trial before any subscription charge is made, all subscription fees paid are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. If you are unsatisfied, we encourage you to make full use of your free trial period before subscribing.
Partial Refunds: Users who cancel mid-billing-period are not entitled to a partial refund for the remaining period, except at our sole discretion.
Your account and Premium subscription are for your personal use only. You may not share your login credentials or provide access to your account to any third party. Accounts found to be shared may be suspended or terminated without refund.
You must not use our Platforms in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or prohibited by these Terms. Without limitation, you must not:

Unless otherwise indicated, we own or license all rights, title, and interest in and to our Platforms and all Content, including without limitation all text, graphics, logos, screener algorithms, scoring methodologies, trade level calculation logic, software, and other materials ("IP").
Your use of our Platforms grants you only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use our Platforms for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
Our Platforms are provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not use our Platforms or any Content to further any commercial purpose, including operating a competing service, publishing screener outputs for commercial gain, or generating advertising revenue using our Content, without our prior written authorisation.
Our Platforms may display links to third-party websites or embed third-party content (such as TradingView charts). Such links are provided for convenience only. We do not endorse, control, or take responsibility for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party website or service.
Market data, financial metrics, analyst consensus data, and earnings information displayed on our Platforms are sourced from third-party data providers. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of such data.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we make no warranties about our Platforms or Content, including that:

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

By registering an account, you consent to receiving service-related emails from us, including account confirmations, trial expiry reminders, verdict change alerts, and billing notifications.
Where you have opted in, we may also send you our weekly market brief newsletter. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any such email or by contacting us at connect@finwealthytech.com.
We may, from time to time, change or add to our Platforms, Content, or these Terms. Material changes will be communicated to registered users by email at least fourteen (14) days before taking effect. Your continued use of our Platforms after such notice constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Your use of these Platforms and these Terms are governed by the law of Singapore and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts exercising jurisdiction in Singapore.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and FinWealthytech in relation to your use of our Platforms, and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
